Case study
I worked with Sureseal to capture real customer feedback, video footage, drone footage and project images that could be used across their website, Facebook and YouTube.

Customer project captured for website, Facebook and YouTube.
Project video
A completed job can become useful content for social media, YouTube and future customer enquiries.
Customer testimonial and project content from Caerphilly.
Additional Sureseal testimonial content from Porth.
Additional Sureseal project content from Talybont on Usk.
Filmed, edited and prepared for Facebook and YouTube.
The situation
Sureseal were already completing high quality window and door installations across Wales. The work was strong, customers were happy and the finished projects looked great.
The problem was that, like many busy trade businesses, the work was not always being captured properly once the job was finished.
The problem
Good work was being completed every week, but there was not enough content being created from it.
Happy customers were not always being turned into testimonials.
Completed jobs were not being shaped into case studies.
There was a need for more useful video content for Facebook and YouTube.
Strong finished work was not always being used to build trust with future customers.
What I did
My role was to represent Sureseal professionally on site, capture the right content and turn it into useful marketing material.
Content output
Short video posts and project updates for local audiences.
Longer project videos that can support trust and visibility.
Project stories that show real work and give future customers confidence.
Content Sureseal can show when customers want to see examples of previous work.
Real feedback
Customer feedback is powerful because it feels real. When someone is thinking about new windows or doors, seeing another homeowner talk about the experience can build trust much faster than a standard advert.
The result
Completed installations became videos, images and written case study material.
Sureseal had more real examples to show future customers.
Instead of finishing a job and moving on, each project could support future marketing.
For your business
If your business is already doing good work, you probably have more marketing content than you realise.
The problem is that it is often left on site, forgotten after the job is finished or never turned into something useful.
A case study day helps capture that work properly, so you have real content for your website, social media and sales conversations.
This is a practical case study marketing service Wales businesses can use when they need customer testimonial videos, a testimonial video service Wales based businesses can trust, marketing support Wales based businesses can rely on, content creation for trades and useful website and social media content.
If you have completed jobs and happy customers, I can help turn them into case studies, testimonial videos and social media content that builds trust.
